Delivery charges are per delivery. Orders will not be dispatched without payment of the applicable delivery charge unless expressly authorized in writing.
Collections due to customer errors will incur charges at the full delivery rate. This includes both the collection and re-delivery fees.
Our main HGV fleet can handle site deliveries with unrestricted access and assistance for unloading (preferably with a forklift truck) and remain free of charge.
